Bundle mechanics

A Bundle offer is a seller-funded escrow of two to eight Stock Tokens, exchanged for one USDG payment.

Creating an offer

The seller chooses distinct Stock Tokens from the market allowlist, exact raw token amounts, an expiry and one price. Each selected token requires wallet approval. The contract checks that each transfer deposits the exact requested amount. The seller can cancel any open offer and withdraw all its assets.

Buying an offer

The buyer pays the listed USDG price plus a 0.5% settlement fee. The contract moves all tokens to the buyer, the full listed price to the seller and the fee to the fee recipient within one transaction. If any part fails, the whole transaction reverts. There are no partial fills.

Expiry and corporate actions

An expired offer cannot be filled, but the seller can still cancel and withdraw it. Bundle records each Stock Token's uiMultiplier when listed and blocks a purchase if any multiplier changes. The seller then cancels and can relist with updated quantities and terms. Stock Tokens can change economically through issuer actions even while their raw ERC-20 balance stays constant.

Market and fees

Bundle does not determine a fair price or provide liquidity. Sellers choose their own price. Buyers must inspect the contents and terms. The 0.5% fee is paid by the buyer on top of the listed price. The contract has no admin function to move active offers or alter this fee.

Risks

Bundle is unaudited. Smart-contract defects, token behavior, token issuer actions, wallet errors and price changes can cause loss. Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities, not direct shares in the underlying company. Review the issuer's terms and applicable restrictions before using them.
